Muster at 1:30 (for practice walk through) at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indy - step at 2:45 PM. The venue is the Hoosier Patriot Memorial. There will be a big tent set up there. We will march onto the Plaza from the bridge and post the colors (their flags) by the podium. The musket loading procedure will be demonstrated, and we will fire a musket salute to begin the program. There will be a National Guard artillery piece to fire the three-gun salute prior to "Taps". After speakers and readings, etc., we then will retire the colors and march out. The program will last 45 minutes. Along with Gen Umbarger, there will be two dignitaries to speak. Refreshments follow inside. Map will be sent to those requesting one.
