1. Concept (performance oriented). NSSAR to use its 30th Anniversary upon moving to Louisville, Kentucky from Washington, D. C. as an opportunity to open its doors for additional community awareness, regional and national history education, and to showcase various activities of the Center for Advancing America’s Heritage (The Center).

2. Tasks: NSSAR proposes to develop and implement a day-long anniversary event designed to:

• Create awareness of both the NSSAR as a long time Louisville organization and The Center which will eventually relocate on West Main Street.
• Share knowledge by inviting targeted groups as well as the community-at-large into our facility to see what there is to offer.
• Support outreach education through showcasing our current programming and outlining our future plans for The Center.
• Develop connections by reaching out to our donors and potential donors; our government officials; Capital Cabinet and other interest groups that can be helpful to the fund raising campaign.
• Celebrate history making for the organization and the country through various educational outreach activities.

3. Conditions: NSSAR seeks to attract a wide number and range of local citizenry to the headquarters facility including:

• School groups
• Elected officials including local, state and federal
• Seniors clubs
• Church groups
• Donors
• Potential Donors
• SAR Leadership
• New Generations Leadership
